Commercial Employee (m/f/d) for the area of Accounting
Your tasks:
- Responsible for both internal and external accounting, you will, for example, prepare monthly and annual financial statements according to national (HGB) and international standards (IFRS), conduct VAT checks and filings, prepare tax returns for the tax advisor, and regularly compile statistics, evaluations, and reports.
- Your domain includes receivables and payables management, overseeing payment transactions, and cash planning.
- You monitor cost developments and any deviations, report regularly on this, and clarify foreign exchange discrepancies if necessary.
- Lastly, your duties will include general administrative tasks and cross-functional projects.
Your profile:
- You have at least completed a commercial training, such as industrial clerk with further qualifications in accounting, for example, as a technical business economist or certified accountant.
- You have relevant professional experience in accounting, particularly in bookkeeping, ideally in the machine and plant engineering sector, and possess solid knowledge of tax and legal regulations.
- You are proficient in MS Office, a bookkeeping/ERP system (such as SAP B1), and the English language, both in writing and speaking.
- Your independent, conscientious nature, careful working methods, analytical thinking, and team-player mentality make you stand out.
