Job Description: Key Activities
Under the supervision of the hierarchical manager and in collaboration with the technical coordinator, methods, quality team, and other workshop technicians:

Perform all assembly, winding, banding, and repair work on rotating electrical machines such as motors or generators, ensuring compliance with technical specifications.

Carry out welding operations.

Conduct diagnostics and repairs.

Complete manufacturing follow-up documents.
Supply Management
-
Submit supply requests related to the workstation to the hierarchical manager.
Quality
-
Participate in quality-related actions in connection with our certifications.

Comply with the requirements of AIP or EXS for nuclear safety during work phases.
Activity Complexity
This job requires a combination of multiple skills and expertise, demanding high precision, rigor, and vigilance.
Specific Professional Knowledge

Possess in-depth knowledge of electrotechnics and mechanics.

Be able to read and interpret electrical plans and diagrams.

Be able to read and create winding diagrams, including those based on existing parts (for repairs).

Use appropriate equipment such as winding lathes, metrology instruments, and electrical measuring devices.

Perform the placement of winding wires in slots and manufacture coils or poles (wire length, insulation materials, etc.).

Be familiar with QHSE regulations.

Apply the 5S methodology.

Required certifications: Electrical, overhead crane, forklift, welding.
