Responsibilities:

  • Log incidents and user requests in the ticket management system.
  • Provide remote or on-site assistance for common IT issues.
  • Respond to user requests and inquiries.
  • Contact users when necessary.
  • Follow up on tickets from creation to resolution or escalation.
  • Document actions taken and solutions provided.
  • Configure and troubleshoot IT equipment (PCs, printers, phones, etc.).
  • Manage mobile telephony.
  • Maintain an inventory of IT equipment.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
  • Document deployment procedures and problem resolutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: BTS in IT, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • ITSM Tools: Proficiency in IT service management tools (e.g., GLPi).
  • Operating Systems: Knowledge of Windows, iOS, and Android systems.
  • Active Directory: Understanding of user management and security policies.
  • NTFS Permissions: Familiarity with file and folder permissions.
  • Group Policies (GPO): Ability to configure and manage group policies.
  • Communication Skills: Comfortable interacting with users.
  • Software Knowledge: Some familiarity with CAD/DAO software would be a plus.

Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills:

  • Ability to quickly diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to document processes effectively.

Interpersonal Skills:

  • Good communication skills to interact with end users.
  • Ability to work in a team and manage priorities effectively.

Other Requirements:

  • Driving License (Category B) preferred (occasional travel required).
