Main Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Sales Administration and Shipping Department, your main tasks will include:

Logistics Project Management:

  • Plan, organize, and monitor the shipment of goods while ensuring compliance with deadlines, quality, and cost requirements.
  • Prepare and coordinate the shipment of subcontracted parts, spare parts, after-sales service components, and packaging (including maritime containers and stuffing operations).
  • Work closely with project managers and project engineering officers on loading plans.
  • Supervise convoy loadings and ensure compliance with labeling and packaging regulations.

Procurement & Transportation:

  • Procure packaging materials and transport services (parcel delivery, exceptional transport).
  • Define transport conditions and select carriers.
  • Schedule shipments and handle unexpected issues (production delays, urgent requests).

Shipping & Documentation:

  • Arrange freight transport, issue delivery notes, and prepare packing lists.
  • Manage transporters’ and packers’ safety protocols and prevention plans.

Handling & Storage:

  • Safely load and unload goods using a R489 forklift.
  • Label equipment as required.
  • Ensure the organization and cleanliness of the work area.

Required Profile:

  • CACES R489 certification is mandatory.
  • Holder of a vocational diploma (Bac Pro) or BTS in logistics or transport.
  • Basic proficiency in professional English (written and verbal communication).
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to set priorities.
  • Attention to detail and rigor.
  • Autonomous and proactive.
  • Knowledge of Incoterms and inventory management is a plus.

What We Offer:

  • Permanent full-time contract (CDI).
  • Salary: €27K – €30K.
  • Additional compensation & benefits: 13th-month salary (PPFA), vacation bonus, purchasing power bonus, meal vouchers, travel allowance, profit-sharing, 75% health insurance coverage.
