Fapmo offers its skills and knowledge to various industrial sectors such as naval defense, energy, desalination, sugar refining, metallurgy, mining, chemical and petroleum industries, and more globally.

Since June 2024, FAPMO acquired a facility specializing in the design and manufacture of motors, enabling it to offer motorized pumps to all its clients.

Based at the Outreau (62) site and reporting directly to the General Management, as Planning Manager (PC&L), you will undertake the following tasks within a small-sized entity:

  • Implement and manage the site’s planning system: from the Sales and Operations Plan, Master Production Schedule, to workshop scheduling and procurement plans, relying on the site’s ERP.
  • Define planning and flow strategies (pull/push flow, stock work, decoupling points, Kanban, etc.).
  • Measure adherence to the planning process and propose actions in case of deviations.
  • Establish, implement, and monitor appropriate governance routines, indicators, and performance metrics.
  • Analyze production processes and bottlenecks to optimize workshop capacity and control adherence to progress plans.
  • Issue manufacturing orders to the various production units.
  • Define and ensure the load/capacity alignment process.
  • Responsible for the warehouses and their management.
  • Define and deploy stock and work-in-progress strategies for optimized production.
  • Manage inventory of all stocks and work-in-progress items.
  • Oversee Sales Administration (ADV).
  • Manage shipments.

At the heart of the site’s industrial system, you are the true “conductor” of all the entity’s fundamental operational flows. Your leadership and managerial skills enable you to progress both in a hierarchical and functional environment.

Organized and methodical, you can quickly adapt to the uncertainties of an industrial entity, demonstrating analysis and synthesis skills to actively contribute to optimizing the company’s value while ensuring customer satisfaction by meeting deadlines.

Required Profile:

  • Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (Bac +3) in logistics management, planning.
  • Skills: 5 to 7 years of experience in the industrial sector (e.g., metallurgy, steel industry, welding, mechanics). Able to understand and master planning and flow management for machine transformation and assembly processes with a focus on continuous improvement. Good knowledge of manufacturing processes and proficiency in planning tools.
  • Soft Skills: Autonomy, Rigor, and Organization are the foundations of your work methodology. Essential analytical and synthesis skills, along with the ability to react and make quick decisions as situations require. Teamwork and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Other Skills: Minimum technical English. Knowledge and experience with an ERP system. Proficiency in MS Office and production management tools. Project management skills and knowledge of planning tools/methodologies and flow management systems.

Contract: Permanent full-time position on-site, with occasional travel to our different facilities and/or clients and subcontractors.

Salary: Between €45,000 and €55,000 gross per year + 13th month + Vacation Bonuses + Saint Eloi Bonus + Variable of 8 to 12%.

Occasional remote work possible after 6 months of service.
