Reporting to the QSSE Director, your main responsibilities will include:
Implementation of the SSE Strategy:
- Assist the QSSE Director in improving employees’ working conditions as well as the professional and natural environment.
- Assess occupational risks for employees (risk assessment document, workplace and commuting accidents, occupational diseases, psychosocial risks, incidents) and environmental threats (pollution, nuisances) for clients, partners, visitors, and the natural environment.
- Update, draft, and implement internal SSE procedures.
- Support the monitoring of regulatory and normative compliance.
- Track SSE performance indicators.
- Contribute to the development of the overall action plan with the QSSE Director – Inspection and Control.
Deployment of the SSE Strategy:
- Update the risk assessment document in compliance with legal requirements.
- Participate in maintaining the MASE UIC certification.
- Assist in managing the ICPE file.
- Prepare and lead CSSCT meetings (in the absence of the QSSE Director).
- Maintain an annual schedule of audits and site inspections.
- Coordinate the management of Prevention Plans and internal Safety Protocols.
- Work closely with the maintenance and production departments to ensure compliance with mandatory periodic inspections.
- Assist the customer service team and/or project managers in preparing Safety documents.
- Ensure SSE signage remains up to date.
- Participate in fire risk management (procedures, annual drills, training personnel as guides and fire wardens).
- Manage PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).
- Oversee waste management (traceability, register).
Implementation of the Quality Policy:
- Ensure the application of the quality management system and raise alerts in case of deviations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Participate in the management of system documentation.
- Maintain an annual schedule of internal audits.
- Assist in ISO 9001 and ISO 3834 audits.
- Analyze audit results and propose necessary improvement actions.
- Monitor internal and external non-conformities.
Candidate Profile:
- Holder of a Bachelor’s degree (Bac +3).
- General knowledge in quality, health, safety, and environmental management.
- Familiarity with QSSE standards (ISO 9001, MASE, ISO 3834, EN 1090).
- Proficiency in problem analysis and resolution techniques.
- Proficient in office software.
- Basic professional English skills.

- Permanent full-time position (CDI).
- Salary: €28K – €30K over 13 months.
- Workplace: 02800 CHARMES + international travel required.
