To strengthen our team in Kassel, we are currently looking for a:
Area: Plant Engineering (Drying & Dewatering)
Your tasks:
- You will be responsible for the comprehensive management of sales projects, which includes maintaining and expanding our global customer base and sales partners, acquiring new customers, and building long-term partnership-based customer relationships.
- You will regularly visit customers, prepare tailored offers (including technical studies and calculations), and follow up until the order is placed and implemented.
- You will actively contribute to the international sales team’s discussions and planning of shared sales goals and strategies. You will design and implement sales-boosting activities and create related analyses, statistics, reports, etc.
- You will actively participate in international events such as trade fairs, conferences, and symposia, where you will confidently present products and conduct price and contract negotiations professionally and successfully.
Your profile:
- You have a degree in process engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field, and ideally, several years of experience in drying/dewatering (preferably with spray, ring, flash, tube bundle dryers, or screw presses), or in sectors such as plant-based raw materials, animal feed, bioethanol, starch, food, beverages, chemicals, or pharmaceutical raw materials.
- You excel in the international sales of technically complex products, including in English, and national and international travel is part of your job. Ideally, you also have experience in plant engineering and proficiency in other languages.
- You are well-organized, reliable, persistent, and work well in a team. Your strong sales orientation, customer focus, technical analysis, and consulting skills, combined with your ability to close deals, are the key factors in your success.
- Your confident demeanor, communication skills, and ability to quickly understand complex topics also set you apart.
