As part of customer service development, we are looking for:
Reporting to Customer Service, your main missions are as follows:
- Ensure on-site interventions (all industries) aimed at the installation and maintenance of equipment, troubleshooting and start-up;
- Carry out machine assessments in a preventive maintenance context;
- Carry out machine repairs in a context of curative maintenance;
- Ensure equipment repair operations in the workshop.
Profile sought:
- Mechanical skills on site and workshop
- Skills on site (handling, driving CACES machines, etc.)
- Management of safety in intervention (PDP, Operating mode, Risk analysis)
- Customer relationship management (company image, communication, responsibilities, etc.)
- Mixed position 60% to 70% travel (France and abroad)
- Be independent in organizing your travel
- Ensure reporting of interventions
- You have a BAC + 2 in mechanics or industrial maintenance
- Professional knowledge of English;
- Have a good knowledge of the products and services marketed by the company, as well as the sectors in which it operates;
- We accept beginners.
